They are so trust worthy its incridable. I work on cars for a hobby and so I take my care there when I cant fix the problem myself. They are just amazing. I have been going there for 3 years.

They were fantastic. They even drove me for like three days to work which was a town away. I don't know how I would have gotten to work if they hasn't have done it. That was above and beyond what they had to do. Plus they fixed the engine and I've had no more issues with it.

After having been told my van needed a new AC system by Christian brothers and the cost would be over $2500.00, my husband and I decided to get a second opinion. I took to our current mechanic and they replaced the motor and AC belt. The cost was about $300.00 and I have not had any trouble with the AC since. Needless to say, I am glad we had the fore site to have it looked at and didn't spend the $2500 to replace the AC or trade the van in and currently be making payments on a vehicle. I do not know if this is an error on behalf of an employee of Christian Bros or just par for the course. However, I will not be taking any of our cars there again.

Christian brothers has treated me well, the nearest Volvo dealer is two hours away and as my car was just out of warranty but only 50k miles, I wanted to have it taken care of properly, by a certified Volvo mechanic. I wanted to establish a relationship with a service department that knows me and my car.

I have been using them for the last two years, they have not only changed the oil, we have had minor service issues taken care of by them as we'll rather than drive to Tulsa.

They are always willing to take me back to my office and pick me up when the car is done and the shuttle car is clean, not a and quot;beaterand quot;.

They are a bit more expensive than your neighborhood oil change garage, but you are paying for the mechanics to have multiple certifications on many foreign cars, and they stand behind their work. Ai took my car in for an oils change, asked about a burnt out rear bulb, they replaced at no charge.

Oil change was fine, delay due to many vehicles in shop and many people waiting. Estimate provided was unbelievable. Took vehicle to another shop and had the work completed at a cost 85% lower than the 'recommended' work to be completed.

The other shop said that the items 'recommended' by this company did not have to be done. They noticed that someone else may not understand that to a lesser trained mechanic that it may look like more needed to be done. The items that were completed by the 'other' shop were completed at a much lower cost, roughly 40% less. The other items 'recommended' by this shop were not necessary to be completed according to the 'other' shop.

If you are having work completed at this shop, either expect to have to verify the costs and items to be performed with another shop. Or, why not just take it to a different shop that will provide a lower cost on the services provided and an honest / accurate / properly trained estimate on what really needs to be fixed? Buyer beware...
Response from Christian Brothers Automotive - Bentonville
"on Oct. 24th 2011 The member came in to get a Oil change upon changing his oil on a 2003 Ford Focus our Technitian found that he had 128+ mile on this vehicle there were leaks from front to back and due to manufactures recommended services ALL maintence should have been done at 100 thousand mile.. This car had NOT had any maintence done that we could tell the ESTIMATE was for all maintence including serpetine belt, valve cover gaskets, wires, axle seals, pan gaskets, spark plugs, air filter all flushes and oil filters coolant, replaceing brakes and pads, rear and main oil Seals and Fuel Filter. Unfortunally when these maintance things are not done at the time of recommended intervals it can be costly. All work come with a warrenty."

They told me that the troubleshooting would cost me around $80 and before they did any work they came to me and explain to me that the Oxygen sensor was weak, it needed new plugs and that the valve cover gasket need replaced. I ask them to just replace the oxygen sensor. And that is what they did and that is what I was charged for.

The reason I took the pick up in is that it had been dying 3 to 4 times a night on my son during his pizza delivers. We had the fuel pump and fuel filter changed by another mechanic that could not do the troubleshooting. I had heard of Christian Brothers through the Dave Ramsey Show ( a show that my son listens to all the time). So I gave them a call and told them what it was doing. After they changed the sensor it was still dying on my son so I called them and they told me to bring it back at my convenience. So I took it back 2 days later, they remembered me. They took his truck in and took the bed off and worked on it off and on for 6 hours, they had to wait on the parts (they offered to take me home to wait but I told them I would wait there). They finally decided that the fuel pump that was put in by the other mechanic was the wrong pump. They called the auto parts place where it was bought and they were able to trade it for the right one. Even tho they did not put the first pump in they did not charge me a dime for the 6 hours they had the truck and for putting in the right one. My son is delivering pizza and going to school without any more problems with his truck.

My husband replaced the plugs but I will be taking the pickup back to have them put the value cover gasket on.

It is hard to find a good mechanic but to find one that is good and more then fair in their pricing is unreal. I am so glad I found them.
