I was pleased with her examination and questions,  I will have another appointment this month (1/15)

As with my initial visit with Dr.. Saez, I was in the exam room within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I really appreciate not having a long time in the waiting room. Dr. Saez and his staff are prompt and efficient but he spends more time with patents than is typical in my experience. His unhurried manner includes asking the patient quite a few questions about their health. He really listens and interacts well with his patients. Even though my appointments have been for routine check ups, Dr. Saez called me in the evening with my lab results the same day as my appointment. This thorough personal follow up is exceptional and very much appreciated. I would recommend Dr. Saez without reservation to anyone seeking an excellent primary care physician.

This is the only one time that I saw him but everything was fine. If I had him called out he would be there. He might generalize patients a little bit but then again it was my first visit so I don't think he had much to go on. When I walked in there I feel like it's super clean, super nice and it's very professional looking. The staff was courteous. I didn't really feel like they went out of their way but they weren't rude or anything, they were nice. That general designation might change in the future depending on how it goes. The location and environment wouldn't change.

They have a friendly staff and they get you in and out pretty quickly.

She is thorough and listens to my concerns. She is busy, and I sometimes have to wait a while for a routine appointment. For this pariticular appointment, I had no main issues. However, in the past when I was having a fever that just wouldn't go away, she persisted on getting me tested until we found the cause.

Dr. Holder is basically our company's international travel doctor so have been going to him for years to make sure I have all of the right immunizations for international travel.  He started the practice that is now Bentonville Medical Associates and is a GREAT man.  He loves what he does and wants to be sure I am well protected for all of my foreign travels.

I showed up right on time and they took me back to see Dr. Saez right at the appointment time.  The nurse was right there to take all of the vitals, checked me over and in walks Dr. Saez.  Went through my history, checked me over, asked if anything was bothering me, sent me to chest x-ray, blood work and final check over and was out of there in an hour.  He called me the next day with all of my results.  GREAT service!!!

Dr. Rosie is very attentive to what I say and she takes time to understand my needs.  She can be in a hurry but she will not rush you through.  If she thinks you need further care by a specialist, she does not hesitate to recommend.  I do tend to wait longer to get in and some days I can sit in the waiting room a little longer.

Great doctor!  Listened to what I had to say without making me feel rushed...hard to get an appointment so call well in advance!

He is friendly and available. I like his overall manner and his openness.

I thought he was ok, but didn't care for his professionalism or his process of determining the method of treatment. In terms of effectiveness of treatment, his treatment method did eventually work.

He spends plenty of time with you and gives you all the information you need on any questions you have. It seems to be a very quality-oriented office. I don't have any problems getting in. The office environment is very professional and responsive.

He seems to be very conscientious and does not make it seem like he's in a hurry.  I had to have some tests done and I really appreciated that when the results were in he called me himself.  He pays attention to what I have to say and takes the time to do what I need to be done.

My husband has ongoing health problems, and Dr. DeMent has been very good to seek out the real problem, and not just prescribe more medicine. In fact, he's been working with us to get him off some meds, which makes me very happy. He's clear and concise, and very helpful.

The only thing that will take some adjusting to is that everything is entered immediately into the computer. So, the doctors and nurses seldom look at you, as they are busy typing. But they ARE paying attention!

I like the and quot;My Mercyand quot;--the online program where we can make appointments, order prescriptions, look over our test results, etc.

This was a routine physical. It was scheduled fairly late in the day, and I felt like she was a little more rushed than usual. However, she did give me a chance to ask questions and responded to them. The physical seemed complete.

After waiting fifteen minutes past my appointment time I received the full attention of two nurses, a doctor, and an x-ray tech. They were helpful, focused, and genuinely concerned with my well-being. The entire appointment lasted less than an hour. A quick turnaround, especially for midday.

Dr. Saez is very personable, he actually listens to me, and his treatments have been very effective. For me, he hasn't pushed drugs down me in trial and error attempts to treat me (unlike some other area doctors). Phone access to his nurse is a great way to communicate quick questions, and she calls me back within a reasonable time frame. Above cost represents my insurance copay, not actual costs of services.
