I needed my chain saw repaired. Dropped it off on 10/28/2014 and was told it would be fixed in 6 weeks. Today is 2/13/15 and still not fixed. I have picked it up and I am taking to another small engine repair shop.

I took my lawnmower to them on 7/3 as it was not able to start. They were honest with me up front that they were behind as the gentleman there only works on lawnmowers at night. At the time it was hot and the grass was not growing so I left it there thinking I could do without for 7 to 10 days. I did not get my lawnmower back until August 1. If you are not in a hurry, they do great work at extremely reasonable prices, but if you are in a hurry, do not take your lawnmower there. Best I could tell, their main work was on weedeaters and they serviced lawnmowers at night. The BIG problem I had was the lack of communication. I called several times and they did not answer. I had to make 2 trips out there to catch somebody at the store to find out where they stood with my mower. They could have at least called and given me an update for I eventually had to borrow my neighbor's mower twice. This one was hard to grade depending on what your sense of urgency may be.
