Went really well. He showed up exactly on time - was very professional and nice to talk to. Did a great job. I am not positive about the date the work was performed so I put an estimated date.

Everything works well and the service was great.

Everything went smooth.  The installer did a good job and had good communication throughout.  Would definitely use them again.

The new canned lights in my kitchen look fantastic!  What a difference.  The crew showed up promptly and Bill Towler, the owner of Amp, walked them through the work and what we had discussed a few days prior.  I was impressed he took the time to do so.  The crew was professional and friendly.  They were surprisingly quiet, considering the work involved cutting into the drywall, and they cleaned up at the end of the day.  

Jimmy showed up a few mintues early and was pleasant and professional. I had bought a new cooktop, so he removed the old (cracked) one and installed the new one. We also had an issue with our smoke alarm system and after some discussion I decided to replace all of them. He of course didn't have them on his truck so I offered to go and get them.  He told me the best and closest place to go- they had what I needed there at very reasonable prices.He also replaced a ballast in one of our flourescent fixtures and repaired some wiring that had been left unfinished. He was there a little over two hours. He left no mess behind and did everything exactly as requested.
I am 100% satisfied with the qualty and cost of the service and will definitely use them again.

I would not recommend Amp Electric to anyone. I thought the price was to high and the rep didn't explain the bill to me. The rep was very unfriendly. They said they charged $15/hr and they were not even here for an hour. The rep set in his truck for 10-15 minutes. I was not happy with my experience.

They were easy to contact and set up an appointment.

I call AMP Electric to do a job with my Chicken house power. My fans were tripping the breaker. When I called I recieved an voice mail stating that he was out of town to use Bob.  I called Bob and he was very nice, said he would have to finish a job and  be right out, which he did. When he got out there he did nothing but complain. Stating he did not do comercial and it was discusting and he would not come back out.  He was very rude to my Farm Manager.  If he did not do commercial jobs why didnt he tell me from the start?  The job that we had done by a different electrician was $6,000.00 so I am assuming they didn't need the job.

Our Heat Pump was triping the circuit breaker all last Summer, so after calling Bud Anderson without good results (after spending $2,600 on parts and a dozen service calls), we decided to consult an electrician this year when the same thing started to happen. We checked Angie's List and saw that AMP Electric has good reviews. We called for an appointment on Monday and an electrician came out on Tuesday. He checked our system and after consulting with another professional heat and air person, thought we needed a 50AMP circuit instead of a 30 AMP and a thicker wire. He came back on Friday and did the work.. The total cost was $250.00 and our Heat Pump has been cooling perfectly and has not tripped the breaker once in a week (it was doing it daily or more often before). He was very professional, yet friendly and was on time. We will definitely use this service the next time we need anything done electrically.

Bob of AMP Electric was referred by the Handyman Matters. I set the appointment to wire an attic fan motor for 8:00am on Friday, 6/15/2012. He arrived 15 minutes early and I was ready for him, making it easy for him to get into the attic. He also is in the process of providing me with a quote to have some outdoor wiring installed. The whole process, motor wiring & quote exploration took less than an hour. I am very happy with Bob and have decided to go with his quote on the outdoor work.

The pricing was reasonable, I figured.  They did the work just like I needed and put in the right colored plugs.  He cleaned up after his job.  I would recommend them to others.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

They were recommended to me through someone who was on Angie's list, and I was extremely with them. I was very well pleased with the service I got. The gentleman was very professional. He knew his job. He told me upfront what his hourly rate was and it was affordable. While he was here, he was able to go ahead and fix our situation. I thought he was going to have come back at least twice, but he did all that in one visit for only $75 and I was impressed and pleased. I would rate him highly. I would definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him at every opportunity.

He apologized for the job taking longer than he had originally estimated and kept me informed of the hourly wage.
He cleaned up the drywall mess and replaced the furniture before leaving.
I was very well-satisfied with this service.
