Abstract Cleaning does an amazing job!  The service provider is very friendly, prompt and professional.  I have been using their service for about 6 months and have had zero problems.  I highly recommend this service!!!!  

It's been great to come into the office on Monday to a clean environment and not have to worry about getting our hands dirty ourselves. It always smelled great and if we have any certain areas that need additional attention they have been more than willing to focus on them. We have never had to contact them about a lack of attention to detail. We have been more than satisfied.

I have been using Abstract Cleaning for months, they are very detail oriented and have always done an excellent job! Especially the kitchen stove and the bathroom, it is spotless and shiny after they are done! Unlike other cleaning service, they move things around to clean, so they are pretty thorough! Very hard working, professional and never show up late. They also ask me to check the work after they are done to make sure I'm ok with it. I'm a very picky person, and I'm very satisfied with the level of service.

This company is very professional, honest, reliable and competitively priced. They are very flexible when I need to cancel a cleaning or have a last minute request. Their staff is well dressed and professional as well. I would refer their company to anyone in need of cleaning service.

The first couple of years it went well. Joanna tried her best to get me people that would work with our situation. It was a hard house to clean because we rented to college boys and it was a busy house with people in and out. What was so upsetting is their employee broke our down draft vent. The boys sat at the kitchen table and saw that she got to much water under one of the switches and shorted it out. When I called Joanna to tell her what happened she said she would talk to the employee. The employee denied breaking it. It was her word against my tenants word. Even if she would have given me an apology and taken $20 off my next clean I would have been happy. I was frustrated with her because she totally denied her maid had anything to do with this. She was going on facts based on hearsay and so was I. We had a pretty good relationship up until then and she just decided not to send her people there anymore. No contact with me telling me they quit, NOTHING! The damage her employee created cost $600 just to repair. I will need to buy a new down draft! Just the way Joanna handled the whole situation was frustrating and unprofessional. I was very surprised she acted in that manner. Plus the first group of ladies they send us never did that great of a job. The second set of girls were good and I was upset the relationship ended because it was a tought situation to have to clean after a house full of college people! I would highly not recommend using this company. The owner's did not want to take any responsibility for the damage that occurred!!! At the end Joanne bascially called my tenants a liar. Saying that she has a 14 year old boy and when he goes into to much detail she finds he is lying. That it sounds to her like the boys that rented house is going into to much detail and I should question if it is the truth. These are 21 and 22 year old adults? Her reasoning was absurd!!! Much less never showing up the next week without communication was totally unprofessional!!!

Abstract Cleaning is a family owned business and I love that! They are real people who actually care about their customers and will do whatever they can to please them.  The workers are friendly and professional and work hard to get the job done.  I love all the specials they advertise as well!

It was painless. The lady came in and got everything cleaned we had on our list in the time frame we paid for. Felt very trustworthy. We literally gave her our garage code and she got started before we were even home. Love this company and will use them again!!

This is the second time I have used Abstract and they have been awesome both times! Always on time, professional, polite, thorough, and trustworthy. They did an excellent job cleaning and it's always a pleasure doing buisness with them. I will continue to only use Abstract Cleaning! I highly recommend them!!!

On the plus side, the cleaner was very nice and quite agreeable to corrections.  The manager was willing to make things right.  
Definitely not a deep cleaning job.  After the walkthrough, some missed items identified were corrected.  At that point it was an average cleaning job but I feel that $90 is still too much.
When she said she was done we did a walkthrough.  These items were missed which she cheerfully corrected.
Vacuumed the laundry room
Cleaned kitchen sink
Polished bathroom fixtures in all bathrooms
Swept and mopped some missed places
Later I noticed other items that were missed.
Dusting was incomplete
Tub is not as clean as it should be - still felt gritty
Ashtray not dumped and cleaned
Glass tabletops in sunroom were not cleaned
Shower doors were not cleaned 
Other things I thought would be included were not, so I suppose my expectations were too high.  (Baseboards, door jams, switch plate covers, etc.) 
Again, the manager was quite willing to make things right by sending someone back out.  Since the first person was supposed to be their best, I declined the offer.

My cleaner was awesome and did a fantastic job. Not easy due to house being vacant for 10 months. She wiped ledges and base boards all around house, cleaned both bath rooms, swept, mopped. Carpets had been professionally cleaned so that was voided. Only negative thing I can say is my cleaner was to have a helper who was a no show and Abstract could of notified me but not sure if they knew or if my service cleaner had to share that with them.

Fantastic!! Joanna was absolutely a treasure to work with. She was always quick to return phone calls and great to stay in touch. She was friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile to meet our needs. We were very last minute in making arrangements, and her schedule was booked, yet she contacted one of her crew who was scheduled off and leaving town for the weekend and made arrangements for her to go and do our "last minute" job prior to leaving! Couldn't ask for anyone to be more accommodating! Thank you,  Joanna and company, for EXCELLENT service!!

Kyle and Joanna, the owners, are wonderful people. Michelle is efficient and very kind. They are people of their word. She shows up on time. She is detailed and always does what is asked of her. They are flexible.

The two ladies showed up on time, but their work was vastly different.  One gal was great...very efficient and great at cleaning everything.  She also knew when to pull the plug on the other gal, who was a trainwreck.  I'm not sure what she was doing in the master bath because she spent about 2 hours in there and it was not any cleaner than when she first arrived.  After a period of time, the one gal just sent her home and finished the rest of the house by herself.  Which is fine, but it inconvenienced me because now they were there for twice as much time because I was down a girl.
Disappointed and unless I was guaranteed to have specific ladies show up, I would not use again.
