Tim (owner) did a fantastic and thorough job of cleaning the entire carpeted area. He was spending enough time not hurrying through the cleaning and was flexible to accommodate my requests. I really like this company and will gladly use their services again.

The owner does the cleaning with a truck mounted hot water extraction system.  He called and asked if he could start work a little early -- no problem on my side.  Basically, he will need to hook his system up to your hose to fill the water tank.  Not a lot, no big deal.   He did a fantastic job.  He works his butt off and is a perfectionist.  I really like this company and will gladly use his services again.

Technician was on time, polite, friendly, efficient, and completed the job in under 2 hours. Carpets looked great and there was no damage done (which was my last experience with a different carpet cleaning service). Upholstery also looked better than the last time it was cleaned. I would definitely recommend A Cleaner Approach.

My house is in Fayetteville. I signed up at a friends house and now Angieslist.com is using her address on my account. Everything looks great at my house. The carpets turned out better than expected and my kitchen tile looks amazing. I had forgotten what color my grout lines were actually supposed to be.
