The summer of 2012 was unusually hot even for Arkansas. Our central air went out in June and we picked TSI as pretty much a blind grab from the Yellow Pages. The technician, Scott, was at our house for days, tracing the system inside out to diagnose systems illness. He came back the third day with Jimmy the owner who determined that we needed a new compressor. Thankfully the part was under warranty and we would only have to pay for labor. Three compressors later at the end of the summer, they finally determined that the initial installation (done by a shade tree tech to save money) had been done improperly and the wiring was blowing one compressor after another. They rewired the system and we had cold air by fall... yea!
Yes we had one long hot summer but these guys stayed on the job until the situation was resolved.
They never charged us one penny for parts or labor.
They get an A+ on this report card.
