First, the installers left a mess in the attic, second, they did not install the shutoff correctly and when the lines backed up into the unit, the system did not shutoff and water ran down into the lower level causing the wood floor to become so soaked it warped.  The owner did not bother to show any interest in the problem.  I don't think the company is currently in business.

Needed my a/c unit serviced as it was not able to cool the house last summer. They refilled the freon and put in a dye pack and also cleaned the outside unit. Said to call them back in the Spring for them to look for the leak. I just had them back to check, and they luckily were able to locate the leak and re-weld the connection. A dishonest company could easily have "not" found the leak. I'm very happy with their service and also explanations of what they were doing/looking for. They also provided tips for maintenance I can do to keep the unit running efficiently. I'm a new homeowner so I appreciated the information. A friend had recommended them to me, and I now recommend them to others as well!
