SR Fencing

I hired SR Fencing/Solid Rock Construction to initially repair a chain link fence that had been damaged by a vehicle. I was told by their rep, Trent. that supplies for the chain link were difficult to get “due to supply chain” issues. I was like that’s fine just start at the chain link and go from there. I texted this info to Trent, documentation is key! Well it was in no way what I texted nor instructed. I sent photos of Ingle Fence trim and cap bc I liked their large trim and cap and I had used Ingle Fence years ago! Ingle Fence used to be an impeccable company but as with all companies when they sell their quality isn’t the same. Because Ingle didn’t have 5 stars I went with SR Fencing! Biggest mistake I’ve ever paid for yet. At almost $6,000 for 200 ft you’d think they’d try or attempt to ask me, the owner, the second attempt at trying to repair their mistake what and how I wanted my fence! I paid for 8 large trim and cap and only received 5! Second time around they corrected the fence distance between the old fence bc they had a distance of over 5 feet between my property line and the fence they installed. Again *** who TF does this! Second time around they moved the fence & the problem came in again with them not listening to my request! Granted I’m out of state working but my ex husband contacted the supervisor and informed him he could be on the premises to instruct them the second time what I wanted! Do you think they contacted my ex husband or me! I contacted their rep, Trent and wanted to spare him from making the same mistake twice when starting the fence over where I told him to to put my fence again! This fool told me “you see you don’t understand.” He was determining by the center of the road where to put my fence and that’s not where I told him to start my privacy fence! He decided with my money where he wanted to place my fence not knowing what my intentions were for the chain link section! Again they moved my property line, not where I texted and stated to place my privacy fence and I never received the 8 large trim and cap the first time, only 5. Second time around still not 8 large trim and cap is what I paid for!!! What was so simple was there’s an old privacy fence still standing and all they had to do was follow the blueprint and bump the new fence up close to the old fence! Biggest thing is that these fools cut the corner of my chain link and detached it from the corner post and reattached it with the privacy fence a few feet away from my property line where it never should have been moved AT ALL! With them cutting and moving my fence and property line it is going to cost me more money to repair! ***😡 A company is not a company when they don’t listen to what a customer wants! They got paid and they think they’ve sealed the deal and there’s nothing I can do about it! The BBB has been contacted and I believe they’ve ignored them also! So my guess is you can take a chance and play Russian roulette with this company or you can wait on the big boys or make my mistake! At this point they can pull up all their fence and refund my money and F off for the crappy work and damage they’ve done! I have to still correct what they’ve now messed up by reattaching my corner post and moving my property line in the front! This is really a court matter but for those looking at reviews for this company with their fabricated reviews at the end of the day their mistake will cost them and benefit you if you avoid this company. Don’t make my mistake and think they can be trusted bc it was never about customer service. It was only about throw something up and get paid and you will be no different!
