Description of Work: I oversee commercial and private residential properties. Macy has the service contract on our 60 ton chiller with 23 air handlers. He has installed and maintains a 5 ton residential unit for us. He has serviced my own a/c unit at my house and provides complete service to another residential property that has aprox. 8-10 a/c and furnace units. Aside from maintenance and installation of units Macy has also installed, reworked, and repaired duct work, installed, troubleshoot and repaired thermostats, rerouted an exhaust flue for the furnace units, installed a commercial ice machine, repaired a commercial water fountain, and troubleshoots any problem pertaining to air control and temperature issues.
