R & R Roofing

I spoke with 4 roofing companies and requested estimates from all of them. I had a written specification for them to follow in costing their proposal and told them that any vayation needed to separately priced if they thought I had forgotten something. I wanted to make sure that I received 4 proposals that were all priced for the identical work so I could make an "apples to apples comparison. I found Rodney Goshen, who was the owner of R & R Roofing to be easy to talk with and deal with. His proposal was lower than the other 3 and approximately 50 percent lower than the highest bidder. I signed a contract with Rodeney and we agreed on a start date. He arrived on schedule, as promised and got right to working removing 2 layers of old shingles. His workers were very professional and I had no complaint at all with their work. When they finished puting on the new shingles they cleaned up all of the old shingles, left me some new shingles to use in the future if needed, and swept the entire area with a large magnet on wheels to pick up nails. I was very pleased with the end results and would unconditionally recommend them.
