I requested a handicapped accessible whirlpool. Owner purchased whirlpool and had it delivered without consulting me. Tub only has 6 jets, which is not enough for me. The tub is not handicapped accessible. All company did was add a couple of handrails to side of tub. I requested itemized receipts for all items purchased. Owner refused. He stated that I did not purchase the items, I purchased his services when I agreed to his quote. The tile installer was very slow. Took approx. 25 hours labor to tile a 7x7 area. Company gave me a written warranty for all labor and products for one year. I had problems with whirlpool 2 weeks after installation. Called company 7 times before they contacted me. They refused to repair tub. Stated that their work was done when they left house. They refused to give me name and contact info. for tile installer, stating that "they never give out names of their employees". Owner was rude to me on the phone and stated he refused to do any more work for me.
