David Crosswhite arrived on time, focused on the work, discussion revolved around City Codes and potentially needing to rebuild from scratch. David Crosswhite took my sketch plans and measurements, briefly explained his work commitments and undertook to call me on Aug 27/28. That hasn't happened and I am looking for other contractors. Good communication is key to a successful construction contract. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to put Crosswhites to the test.
Description of Work: Highly recommended by a friend who used Crosswhite's services, David Crosswhite visited our home to check out our job to resurface our deck and replace the handrails, approx 500 sq ft plus two staircases.
