This was one of the worst home improvement experiences I've ever had.  To begin with, they gave us very little notice (two days) of the start date, although we had requested at least a week (because we had to clear space in the attic for them to manuever).  This occurred during the "polar vortex" cold snap in November, when it was extremely cold, dry and windy.   The owner was disinterested/uninvolved, and probably was not on site more than a total of two hours.  Most of the workers were smokers and spent a lot of time taking breaks and smoking, since the owner was not present.   The workers were late every day, and gave highly improbable excuses for their tardiness and for the absence of the owner.
They caused ceiling damage in my home (cracked sheetrock), as well as loosening two light fixtures from the ceiling.  This occurred while they were building an elevated platform in the attic for the part of the unit to rest on.  They did not exercise reasonable care in avoiding this damage.  They offered to repair the damage, but, quite frankly, I did not want them back in my house for any reason whatsoever.
We were so concerned about the quality of work that we had it inspected by another independent Lennox dealer.  According to their assessment, Benton Sheet Metal did an adequate job on the installation, but there was still a "punch list" of items that needed to be taken care of.  They eventually sent someone (again, not the owner) to address the punch list but it felt like too little, too late.

Went fast. Total of about 3 hrs including two trips back to office to get parts.
