Gutter Repair and Replacement
Two employees showed up in the late afternoon and started work without announcing they were even here. My first clue was when I heard a strange noise at then end of the house. Another employee took started washing the gutters using my hose without asking (it was neatly wound up on a reel). The worked about two hours and then started loading up their ladders before replacing a corner piece that was supposed to be replaced. I told them it must be replaced because it leaked. Rather than replace the corner, he calked and then loaded up the ladders and left. After they had left, i noticed that the water hose had been used and they had kinked a $75.00 garden hose and then wound it up with kinks, now it is ruined. These guy are were unprofessional and the work quality was certainly marginal.
