I would do not recommend them.  They cancelled twice and showed once.  They charged me for both hours that I had purchased but they only worked one.  I tried to get a refund from Angie's List but nobody called me back.  I bought the deal to clean out the houses I moved out.  I purchased twice and I wanted them to come once after the house was empty.  They didn’t show up on the one the day before I was getting pictures taken to prepare for sale.  Then I cancelled and moved and cancelled and moved.  It got to the point where I couldn’t use except for one of the things that I purchased.  She came at the end.  Honestly, besides that she was lovely and did a decent job.  I found that she charged me for both services but she clearly didn’t do one.  Professionalism was low.  It was approximately $118 for both hours but she did only one hour.

We purchased the $59.00 for 3 hours of cleaning deal that was being offered. Erin did a great job and we will definitely use her again.

She cleaned the main areas, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. This was a surprise for my wife, who was out of town. Only issue was that she put things away and it took us awhile to find them. But the cleaning well done.

We had to move the date a couple of times and Erin was very cooperative in finding a new date. She abided by our requests on specific tasks such as cleaning the shower with the special products we use and dusting.







She cleaned the fans without being asked. Few  of the housekeepers have done that without being asked to.

Everything was done professionally and timely and Erin was very friendly and nice. It was great meeting her.

I came across Home Sweet Homecleaning when Angie's List ran a deal for three hours of housecleaning for $59.  Erin did a great job cleaning our house.  She was very thorough and efficient and had a great attitude.  I was especially pleased with how well she cleaned the wood floors.  They were shiny and spotless and really looked the best I've ever seen them.  Erin also went the extra mile by making up my daughter's bed after noticing that the sheets -- which I had just laundered -- were still in the dryer.  Unexpected and such a nice touch!  She was just a few minutes later than I expected her, but given that this was her first time at our house (and I think ours was her second house of the day), it was understandable.  Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

Erin was 30 min late, "I'm running late, sorry", too talkative, asked personal questions about my home. She finish on time, but did not or was not able to remove grime from floor of shower stall and did not scrub tile floors, only damp mopped. Also used some of my cleaning supplies.

Erin does a great job and is very responsive and easy to get in touch with.  She brings her own supplies and equipment and is always very careful about how she cleans and the products she uses.  I'd highly recommend her.

Was 30 min late and did not clean the full 3 hours as advertised. Did not deep clean. Only surface cleaned. Was unapologetic about being 30 min late.

She did great, and communicated often with me if she had a question or a concern.  She was worried when some of the stains wouldn't come out, but we already knew some of them probably wouldn't.  I appreciated the concern, and that she was keeping me informed. I felt like she was focused on doing quality work, again, much appreciated. She was very detail oriented and took care of the smallest details, like dusting the doors.  She was friendly, reasonably priced, and did a thorough job.  Highly recommended.

The provider was very dependable, professional, and friendly.  She was very responsive to requests or suggestions, and was willing to do what it took to do her job well and to my satisfaction.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for trust-worthy, dependable, reasonably priced help with their house cleaning.

We love Erin! she was flexible and rescheduled at my request without any problems. She arrived on the newly scheduled day on time and ready to work. She did bring her own cleaning products and equipment, which was awesome. We did a quick walk throughof the rooms to be cleaned and she got right to work. She was fast, thorough, and attentive. We also discussed once a month deep cleaning and the price and it is very reasonable. $20 more for her to do the walls, baseboards, oven, etc. We will be using her for a long time
