Perfect. My 20 year old heat pump/AC broke late Friday night. David, owner of Your Heating and Air Guy, gave up his Sat. to come and try to fix the unit. No luck, had to order new unit. David worked all day Mon. and Tues, to get new unit in and working to cool house late last night. Is coming back today to finish. He is honest, hard working and very reasonable on his pricing. I highly recommend him for all of your heat and air problems and maintenance.

David Stoaks had worked for Brown's Heating & Air Conditioning for many years, and they have been OUR only service company during the nine years we have owned our home. During the earlier years David and Mr. Brown would both come by to check and service our geothermal unit. When Brown's recently sold the business (Mr. Brown passed away awhile back) we thought David would go with the new owner, but he chose to start his own company.
David is expert with geothermal, which is important to us of course! But in conversation he has also mentioned other "typical " heating/AC systems he works on, and unique or difficult situations his customers have dealt with that he fixes. He has always been knowledgeable in regard to any questions or concerns we may have regarding our system (we LOVE geothermal!).
This semi-annual checkup he did the usual things--checked air and water, flushed drains, added R-22 as needed, and pronounced the system to be in good shape. Our unit is original to the house, so is ~22 years old. We are planning to put in a new geo unit in 2016 in order to take advantage of a available tax credit, and we will have David do the work.
There are only a few qualified geo technicians in our area, and David is excellent. He continues to take related education courses as well, not only geothermal systems but in typical systems. He is professional, friendly, honest, ethical, knowledgeable, reasonably priced.
