By Appointment Only. Scheduled dogs usually take 2-3 hours to complete depending on the breed. We normally will call our clients 15-20 minutes before the grooming is complete to give them the option to pick up their pets upon completion.

Services we offer
We specialize in all breeds grooming! Small and Large Dogs... Our grooming prices include the ears, nails, anal glands, haircut and bath. Our bath prices include the bath, nails, anal glands, and very light trimming around the eyes, feet, and sanitary areas.
Services we don't offer
We do not groom cats, and a very few of the large double coated breeds. The large breeds we do not groom include... The Chow Chow, Great Pyrenees, and St. Bernard. There is a posibility of a few others in that category, but we do service most large breeds.

They do great! I was there a couple weeks ago, the service cost forty dollars. I have been taking my pet there for four months. They do a great job. I would continue using them in the future.

This is the first time I had taken my dog to this Salon. We just moved to the area and a couple people had recommended this service. They call you about 20 minutes or so before your dog is finished so you can go and pick him up. I like that.
The owner and staff are very friendly. The whole place is clean and attractive. The price is close to what I was paying in another state.

8 month old shih tzu in for a groom for the 3rd time. The first time they did very good work, the 2nd time I noticed they didn't clean the hair out of his ears. The last time she didn't clean the hair out of his ears. The first two times the cost was 25.50 and 26.50. In December I thought the reason she didn't clean his ears was a hurried schedule. This time she didn't clean his ears and didn't seem to be rushed at all. My husband picked him up this time and tipped her, too. She always says he is very well behaved, so the reason for the additional cost isn't that he is difficult to handle. I am looking for a new groomer.

"I am just joining Angie's list, and it's unfortunate that I am just now seeing the previously written posts from clients visiting our salon. I do not keep information on anyone that I have not seen in the past two years, but question whether or not this was a client of mine. Our prices are slightly less for puppies, but at eight months old this dog would have been comsidered an adult sized dog and would have been charged at the time of her entry 32.00 plus tax. If the dog was in my shop and was given a starting price of 25.00 for a puppy price then that amount would have had an additional charge of 8% tax, and would have increased every groom in price until reaching the minimum charge for that breed which was at the time 32.00. With tax it would have been 34.56. Which if we dicount a grooming price for a puppy, then the increase is explained to the new client on the first groom. There is a standard price that is given to everyone on all small breed dogs. If in fact this was one of our previous clients, and we did not remove the hair from the ears it would have only been because we were unable to remove it with two people. I have only myself and an assistant, and sometimes even the best behaved dogs will become distraught over having the hair pulled from their ears and struggle against the process making it very difficult to remove every hair in the ear canal. I do not allow my schedule to interfere with my work. We are a busy grooming salon, but regardless of how carefully I schedule the pets coming into the salon the bottom line is that we are working with animals, and sometimes they do not always cooperate and take additional time. We send the pets home when I feel that they are complete. If that means that they must stay longer than my normal turn over time of 2-3 hours, then so be it. We want EVERYONE to leave happy. It is a very unfortunate situation that I am addressing this issue two years after the fact, and had the above client spoken to me about her concerns we could have resolved the issues in our shop at the time of service. I wish her the very best in finding someone to maintain her shih-tzu and hopefully at this point she has found someone to do just that."
