Smooth installation, very responsive, equipment working well.

Installation went smoothly and the advice along the way was great. They patched up all the drywall very well, only leaving us to paint the few spots they had to repair. They will also come back out if any issues arise after the installation to make sure everything is working as necessary.

Install was done quickly and as requested.

When we moved into our home, there was unsightly wiring protruding from the walls.  It was left over from the former homeowner's home theater system.  We called 5 Star to see if they could remove or otherwise clean up all the unsightly tangled wiring.  We also wanted to relocate the cable TV hookup to a different location.   We were able to schedule an appointment quickly.  The technician was friendly and professional.  He did a great job cleaning up and removing or concealing the unneeded wiring.  He also moved the cable interface to the place in the room where we wanted to install the television.  He accomplished exactly what we wanted done.  The results were very neat.

They were very good and would rate high in all categories which include pricing, installation, and the follow up service. There were things we didn't understand when they first put it in and they came out to explain it to us. I would recommend them.
