Don't be fooled by how nice he is. We hired two photographers so that we could have more pictures from our wedding. The contract said "up to 1000 images" and we received 335 images and many of them were not usable. As an amateur photographer myself, I was disappointed with the quality of the images and the variation we were given. I wasn't even given a single image of me and the groomsmen or of the receiving line. There were major gaps in the events. If I had not been so overloaded that day, I would have noticed we were not getting what we wanted. But that is why you hire a photographer. He didn't pay attention to lighting or framing in many of the images. Since it was a sunny day, most of our images have us squinting and he didn't mention that. He brought no additional lighting equipment, which he said he would have when I spoke to him on the phone. I did not want to give Tandy a negative review because he was such a nice guy, but I emailed twice asking for the images he didn't give us, just so we could look, and he never answered me back. I realized that technically, he fulfilled the contract, so there isn't much I can do, but getting a third of the pictures we were expecting was a huge letdown. I feel like we did not get what was promised us in the number of images or the quality of those we did get. Overall, buyer beware.
