Be very very cautious of this company.  Two years after they wrote the letter we discovered termites.   It was also discovered that there were no chemicals in the soil samples so they hadn’t been treating the house yearly.  The man that came for the inspection never even crawled under the house; he just wrote the letter and took the money.  Because I renewed that termite insurance every year, the state board got involved and made them correct and perform all needed repairs.  It probably cost them $20,000 but this wouldn’t have been a problem if they hadn’t been trying to take advantage of us.  The state inspector refused to go under the house again because he checked six times and it failed every time.  I believe that they charge less than other pest control companies so that realtors will use them.
