Description of Work: Agent came to my house to do demo. with product , we had a appointment set up, he was 1 hour late, that was understandable and acceptable, we are in a small town, and if not familiar it could delay you, he was very nice and ploite, I could not afford the Vacuum, he asked if I might have some friends that would let him do a demo with them, I gave him a list and set it up with 3 the next day, he did not show said he had a meeting, he never followed through, for my demo, i was to receive a set of knives, and for setting up the appointments, with in 72 hrs. for my friends to allow him to do a demo for them I was to receive a air cleaner which he had with him at the time of the demo, during this time his manager at the store called and asked for direction to another home and I gave him the directions, and he said for that he would give me both the knife set and vacation, which was the choice I had for my demo. I have called the Batesville office and tried to get the company to stand be hind their promises, but have not received any of the gifts, and with that said , I would not expect them to stand behind their product, or their word.
