My Suzuki Reno kept draining oil at a horrible rate. On advice from a friend, I called Darrell's and ask them to take a look at it and see what was wrong. Darrell was very prompt about getting me in, even though he is packed with work. I dropped off my car and was told that it could be up to seven days before he got it done because most parts that he may need would have to be ordered, and there were several vehicles brought in before mine. I thought that it was reasonable, so I was prepared to wait. The next morning, I received a call from Darrell. He explained what the problem had been (a torn gasket around my oil pump) and that he had the part ordered. I was expecting to wait a few more days, but that evening, he told me that my car was ready! I was surprised to say the least. When I got there, he actually took me and described in detail what the problem had been, where it had been and showed me an engine diagram to point it out. He also broke down the cost for me, down to labor hours, parts, etc., instead of just handing me a bill. It was really appreciated because I knew where my money was going. Darrell's is now the only mechanic I will consider using for major repairs. I was very satisfied and pleased with the results and I've not had a problem with my oil since.
