They dispatched a truck to pick up on 2/3. Called, email sent, would not refund the deposit, because they dispatched a truck. Canceled order on 2/7, they said would refund $75 of the $125 over 2 weeks, still not credited.
Description of Work: Placed deposit for the company to transport my 2008 Mustang GT from Huntington Beach, California to Sagle, Idaho. Needed the car picked up from 1/29-1/30 or 2/5-2/7. Emailed the company this information.

+ -1 moreI put down money for a deposit that was supposed to be $100 but they wound up taking out $150.15. I haven't gotten an explanation on what the extra $50.15 was for. I've had trouble contacting them as well. The vehicle is to be delivered to me today. It seems like they are rushing the process. Update: They called and stated that they are going to impound the car it if I do not pay an exter $800.00 which now raises the price to $950.00 the orginal price was $700.00
Description of Work: They are shipping my vehicle from Los Angeles, CA to Dayton, OH.
