On the date of installation, the men came out on time and started to work immediately. They worked until the job was done. They did a Great job laying the carpet, however they did leave something extra, we didn't ask for. They scratched the freshly painted walls in our master bedroom, with the new carpet edges, from the floor up to about 3' high all the way around on two walls. Thankfully we did have some leftover paint and were able to go back over it without spilling paint on our new carpet. I was very upset when I saw this and I did mention it to the man we bought the carpet from. He did state that this should not have happened and it was the fought of the installers. I am sure he passed the word along and will no doubt take that into consideration before he contracts them out to do more jobs in the future.
Description of Work: The salesman let us pick out the carpet we liked from his showroom floor. He was helpful in explaining the values in different types of carpet. He came out to our house the next day and took measurements for ordering and installation. He told us the price and when it could be installed. He took care of getting someone to install the carpet and saw to it the job was done when he told us it would be.
