He came when he said he would, went straight to work. replaced the part and was done in fifteen minutes. I asked how much it was, he told me, and I wrote him a check. Very friendly and efficient.

It went very well. Install, removal etc was on time and very professional. A couple weeks later we needed a plumber for a minor drain issue in the laundry room. Troy fixed it promptly and the cost was very reasonable.

I was given an estimate on a Wednesday, work to be completed on Thursday. Something came up on their side so the work did not get completed Thursday but took place Friday. I was out of my home so they had no way to test it when they got the work done. I tested it when I got home and noticed my toilet was still not flushing. They came out again on that Saturday and unclogged from the toilet at no extra cost when all I was billed for was from the sewer line out.

Job went as planned.
Called plumber gave him a brief description of job, set up time to meet plumber at house site. Met with plumber went over job details, gave plumber copy of house plans, received start date and estimated time of completion date, and price. Job was completed ahead of schedule.
