+ -1 morel Got the bid on 4/18/12,work was done on 6/24/12. Had to call to remind him a couple of times. Whats that saying,ask a busy person to do the job and it will get done. Something like that.Turns out he didn't forget he was just busy.Bottom line it has rained some since then and I haven'd noted any leaks,job well done.
Description of Work: Leaking around chimney. I have had this problem for a long time. I believe this problem is now repaired. Branden Adams was the only one of the several people that I spoke with who would do the job. Everyone else only wanted to do the whole roof, I didn't need that. Thanks Adams Roofing.

+ -1 moreTim and his crew showed up a few days after we agreed to the job and worked until nearly dark each day. They always cleaned up the driveway and surounding walkways each evening before leaving. We had not a single flat tire on the cars from nails or staples, which testifies to their detail in keeping things clean. The job took about 3 or 4 days inbetween inclement weather. Tim, the owner, actually worked on the roof also and each day when I'd come home from work, he would stop, climb down the ladder and come over to me and talk to me about the day's progress. Very helpful. I thoroughly checked the entire job when they finished and each and every thing we agreed on had been done. Overall a painless experience. Tim is in my contact list for when I need a roofer again.
Description of Work: Perhaps Tim Adams' greatest service to me was dealing with my insurance company adjustor. He was very persuasive in getting the adjustor to agree to replacing the entire roof -something the adjustor was reluctant to do until Tim pointed out some probable trouble areas if the entire roof were not replaced. He met with the adjustor twice in a two week period, I think, then called me and told me the good news. Of course, the other services were tearing off the old roof (two story), replacing vents and flashings and reroofing with a better shingle than was originally on the house.
