They do a very good job at a good price. They looked at the computer and confirmed what a vendor had told me. They didn't charge me anything. I have had charges off and on over the years but they are usually between $50 to $125 which is probably the most that I have ever paid them. They did some work on my computers and also on my daughter's laptop. I have been using them off and on for at least about 10 to 15 years. They are in different locations and there is a little shop near the house now.
