The plumber showed me exactly what was causing the problem, removed the old disposal and replaced it with a newer model.  He was punctual, had to work a lot free up a couple of rusted shut connections and left the area a clean as it had been before he started work.

THe very nice and professional young man arrived on time and started with a confirmation of what I was needing to be done. At that point, he went to work. He left for lunch and to get supplies. He seemed very knowledgeable and very pleasant . THe job was finished in less time than expected and I received a detailed itemized bill. The gentleman excplained the bill and asked if I has any questions.
Very pleasant experience.

On a flat floor, I might have tried to reset this toilet myself. But this bathroom floor is slanted and the toilet meets the pipe at an odd angle. For this reason, they couldn't guarantee the work. But they put in a thick wax seal and so far, so good.

We have used Sand K since we remodeled this house and they have always provided an excellent service.

Work was done very professionally, in a timely manner.

They did a good job. They were fast and completed the job when they said they would.

Mr. Lusk was well known and liked around here for his quality of work and reasonable prices. The city had everyone with sprinkler systems install these traps on the pipes that was near the meter by the street, so the water in the pipes wouldn t run back into the water system. I had Lusk's do mine. He didn t try to charge a lot because he knew I was required to have the work done. He did a wonderful job for me. Considering the digging and work involved in this, I couldn t have asked for a better price.
