The work looked good, job was completed on time. My Mom passed away right afterwards, and I found the unpaid bill in a pile of papers. I contacted them immediately to settle up the bill, which was fine, as they understood the circumstances - she died before she could pay it. I was informed shortly after that they filed a lien on her house for the balance on the day of our phone call. If I hadn't phoned to tell them and made arrangements, they never would've known and probably just sent bills or reported to credit. Because they found out she died, they went straight for the lien. I found that to be a bit dodgy and underhanded, especially since they filed it immediately after hanging up with me, and couldn't even wait a single day for the mail to arrive.

Very professional cleaned up everything. However about 2 years later we had a bad leak. They said they repaired the roof & then repaired the damage it did. Since then we have had 2 other leaks & they have come & looked at but nothing done. We never had problems with leaks before getting new roof. This company was highly recommended so I was surprised at their lack of concern for the leaks & damage done to our ceilings.

Bad experience. Poor workmanship. My new garage door actually fell down after it was installed. The fence had to be resecured after it startied to fall down. Took weeks longer than they originally stated.

They came in and did their job and showed us where the carpet needed work and how much the cleaner was pulling out. They are just overall friendly people.
