I had used Arrin Hogan before to service my air unit. I called when it quit and he was there the next day exactly when he said he would be. He tried everything he could to fix the old one but the compressor was shot. He said a compressor for the existing unit would be almost as much as the new unit, which has a five year warranty. So we went ahead with the new one. He was here when he said he would be, with a helper, and within an hour and a half I had cold air!
Mr. Hogan is polite, responsive, and professional. He did exactly what he said he would do at what I consider a bargain price.
I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone who needs heat and air service.
