The price actually impressed me because I do know that he had to replace a few pieces in the dryer. I was actually expecting a larger bill. Furthermore, I was highly impressed with the fact that they came out to our home so quickly after we called them. When a washer or dryer unit goes down, you need someone who can fix it promptly! This is why Herb's will get our continued business! I would also continue to give him business because he is honest. Other people in our neighborhood use him also and feel the same way. He won't just tell you to go and get a whole new appliance if you don't need one.
