+ -1 moreThe price actually impressed me because I do know that he had to replace a few pieces in the dryer. I was actually expecting a larger bill. Furthermore, I was highly impressed with the fact that they came out to our home so quickly after we called them. When a washer or dryer unit goes down, you need someone who can fix it promptly! This is why Herb's will get our continued business! I would also continue to give him business because he is honest. Other people in our neighborhood use him also and feel the same way. He won't just tell you to go and get a whole new appliance if you don't need one.
Description of Work: Well, my dryer was running like it was drying the clothes, but the clothes were not actually drying, even after it had been running for several hours. It was a heating problem within the unit itself, but we were not sure so we called Herb's. We needed to find someone who could pretty much come to my home right away and fix the problem. Herbs showed up promptly, replaced two parts on the dryer in a little under an hour and the problem was rectified completely.
