Terrible, sloppy work, have to pay someone else to fix. Nicholas doesn't return calls or emails once he has the money. Doesn't arrive on time. Snippy and arrogant attitude. We had a very clear idea of what we wanted and very unsatisfied with final job. Horrible experience.
