I had no problems at all. He gave me a quote that I was very happy with. He was very good to stay in touch while we worked out a time convenient to both of us to do the work and he showed up right on time. When they were through they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell any work had been done that day at all. I've used him twice before and have friends and family that have used him for for 10+ years. He can take down trees and haul off everything or if you are outside Huntsville city limits he can just drop a tree and leave for you to clean up, burn, or haul off. That can save a fair amount of money and helps you avoid the most dangerous part which is felling the tree.
He is a state certified tree surgeon and is licensed and insured.
His business card states he can do 24 hour emergency service.

We used Daniel Pigg Tree Service twice. The first time was in a pinch as a tree in our backyard was on its way to hitting our neighbor's house after a storm. Daniel gave us options and he performed the service as quickly and reasonably priced as possible. I'm very thankful that he worked with us on options because it had the potential to be a very expensive service. We liked him and professionalism so much that we asked him to come back in the Fall of 2011 to take down two trees that were dying. His price that he quoted us did not change in those few months and again, he worked with us and gave us options. He's very professional and very helpful.

I was extremely happy with his service. He came out and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. His price was great. I had received some quotes from some others and they were astronomical. He was friendly and punctual. He cut the trees down and removed all the debris. He did the work in a very short order. He did everything that he said he would do; he did it very professionally and punctually. I will, without any doubt, use his services again in the future.
