I had called 3 other plumbers, not only could they not come out anytime soon. 2 of them set a time and date and didnt even show up all they did was give me a quote. After I agreed to quote they didn't even show up. But not Sam, southeast plumbing came out the day I called him and he was almost $100 less than the others. On top of all that Sam and his helper were extremely polite and professional, they did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars.

My experience with them was good.  He exceeded my expectation and I will buy him again.  I wasn't even there, my girlfriend was there and she let him in but he did what I asked him to do.  He didn't make a mess.  I talked to him on the phone and he seemed like a nice guy. The price was good; I can hardly get anybody to come to my house for $100.

Sam was able to fix my plumbing problem the same day.  Was courteous and polite.

SE showed up on within hours of calling and made fixture recommedations and that an access panel should be installed for future.  Sam and team started to remove fixture while I went to hardware store to purchase necessary supplies.   SE completed the entire job in a shorter time than discussed.    SE exceded all our expectations and truly took time to explain process and  their importance.
Great job and will make sure to use SE again,  Sam and team really did a great job.

Sam and his crew did a great job. I had contacted 3 or 4 other plumbers to get quotes on the work and their quotes were all about $100 higher than southeast plumbing. Sam showed up on time and got right to work. They re-taped the hot and cold water shut off valves, extended the PVC drain to fit the new sink, assembled and installed a new faucet, and hooked up the garbage disposal. Additionally they replaced the stainless steel trim in a shower tub. After they finished the work they filled the sink up to the top to make sure there were no leaks and cleaned everything up. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the price.

I spoke to the owner by telephone and was given an estimate and service date.  He personally performed the service on the date promised and kept the cost within the estimate.  It's been 6 months since the plumbing was done.  I've had no problems.
