A Tenant called to report the heat wasn't working and they had no hot water. I called Mr. Oliver (the owner) and he had someone come right out. Come to find out it was tenant error. I have been using them for 15+ years for all of my heating and Ac needs. They have done everything from general maintenance to putting in full home units of a house I rebuilt. His daughter puts in the full units and I have never worked with a more capable woman in all of my years in this business. I have multiple homes and would, and have, recommended them to anyone in need. Mr. Oliver runs a honest, tight ship. All of the people working with him are courteous, honest and reliable. They work around the clock and have sat with me at houses on weekends and all hours of the night to get a job done.
Description of Work: Heating and hot water was said to be off by one of my tenants.
