Wonderful experience! Fast, efficient, and very friendly. We needed a shingle repaired that had been blown away by wind. He fixed the initial problem as well as a little extra touch up at no extra cost! Will definitely be using them again for future repairs (because we know we will need them!).

Flanagan Construction/TFK roofing replaced my roof last month. I can't possibly express adequately how pleased I was with everything about the job the company did. But the key to all of it was the owner Terry Flanagan. I became aware of him through some very strange circumstances when another local company was illegally using his insurance forms to claim they were covered by his workers comp insurance. (I guess they didn't think I would verify their insurance! ) I was so impressed with Terry when I called to verify the insurance coverage that I asked him if he wanted to give me an estimate on my roof even though I was about 90+ minutes away. He did and everything that has happened since then has been flawless. He even came all they way to meet with my insurance adjuster and I think was instrumental in getting my insurance claim approved. He was on site overseeing the entire installation job. He is very impressive as a business owner as well as a person. I think he is extremely honest and fair. I highly recommend him and his company!!
