All Phase Roofing

Original contract for roofing in the amount of $10,000 was signed on 04/28/20. The only person we ever talked to or dealt with was Jonathan, Sales Manager. We were never advised until roofing project was completed that we owed an additional rediculous amount of payment for work that the roofers stated they performed which was not included in original contract. Also, roofers placed incorrect completely non-matching color of shingles on ridge caps. They also replaced siding incorrectly on dormers and left it like that. Also, since last contact with Johnathan it has also been discovered that roofing jacks were nailed on the open side. After negotiating additional payment, it was agreed that additional payment would be made even though we felt still excessive. PARTIAL PAYMENT WAS MADE with agreement that final payment would be made upon correction of siding placement and replacement of ridge cap shingles with correct shingles. Jonathan called on or around May 27 to confirm roofers would return on June 3 to make necessary repairs, however, to this date, June 26, roofers have not returned and repairs have not been completed. Total Roofing Nightmare!!!!!!
