This contractor was provided by Old Republic (my home warrenty provider). The contractor provided lousy service in that Steve serviced the system with freon while the system was frozen (the amount of freon to be added can't be determined when the system is frozen). He returned at my request to reservice the A/C again after he failed to fix it the first time and added more freon. After he added freon for the 2nd time it was still freezing up. He told me it was a dirty coil so I opend the inside unit to find a clean coil just as I expected. Oh by the way, he never came inside to check the inside unit at all. This contractor will not contact you. I asked Old Republic to contact Steve and have him call me and he never did after waiting half way into the next day I finally called him just to find out he was too busy to come back to try round three on fixing my A/C. As of today 6/16/14 my wife and I have been sleeping in 80 degrees for 10 days.
