The gentleman from ZAP was great, very through and concerned that we were pleased. This was a home my wife and I were preparing to Sell. he made sure that we would not have any Bugs scaring off buyers.

I've had good results with them. They are prompt and on time. They don't mess up the house. They do what they need to do and get out. I've had them for six years and I've haven't had any problems with them. They were very professional. They did what they need to do. They provided the service for a reasonable amount. They come every quarter and they were here last month. I would recommend them to others.
