Visit for estimate on October 6th went very well where I felt we had developed a professional rapport. Jason, the owner, understood that we had a home showing on October 17th and assured that he would be able to provide the services in a timely manner before the showing, since I was first on his list after his extended vacation. I received the cost estimate on the afternoon of October 8th and provided our acceptance of the cost estimate and request to proceed one hour later. I had asked Jason to use a non-chlorine product that I would provide, so that the dark brown stain on the exterior of the house would not be damaged by chlorine bleach product he proposed to use. He was concerned, but agreed to test a section of the exterior walls. I let him know that if he did not like the product, then he could proceed with whatever product he was most comfortable with, but that the completion date was extremely important. He advised that he would begin over the weekend of October 10th. He did not show up at all during the weekend. After finally responding to an email message, he advised that he was now completely booked and that it would be the end of November before he could get me on his schedule. This business cannot be depended upon to provide timely, professional services.
