Precision Floor Care specializes in cleaning, sealing, and restoration of tile & grout, natural stones (marble & granite), brick pavers, mexican tile, carpet, oriental & area rugs. We are a small family owned and operated business. We are not a franchise. When you call us you talk to the person that can most certainly help you. We offer a wide variety of services for tile restoration and you know the price before we start. All estimates are free and we stand behind our work. We strive for customer satisfaction and we are not satisfied until the client is satisfied. We strive to set an achievable expectation and then we will not stop to until we meet or exceed the expectation. This is why the onsite estimate and consultation is so important. To truly clean, restore, or protect a surface the client needs to be educated on the processes used and the ability of the surface to be restored, cleaned, or protected. There are no absolutes in anything and we feel that it is important for the client to know the limitations of their surface. We do not profess to be good at what we do, we consider our company to be the best. All of our technicians are certified in their area of expertise and can diagnose issues that most general cleaning companies can not. We take cleaning and restoration to the next level where other companies are limited by their experience and knowledge of the surfaces that they work on. If we are not the best then your service is free. Our minimum service charge for tile cleaning and restoration is $150.00 and our minimum service charge for carpet care is $75.00. We accept visa, mastercard, cash, or check. We provide a way for our clients to provide feed back on our website and we offer client referral rewards for helping us to promote our service to their friends and family. We offer residential and commercial services. We believe in word of mouth marketing and live by it. If a client is not satisfied with our work we will not stop until satisfaction is complete.
