I just want to say how grateful I am for the wonderful job our contractor did. We purchased the supplies ourselves, and he showed up right on time and kept great communication the whole way through. The job ended up taking longer than he expected because there were a lot of extra nails in the floor, but he didn’t rush or cut corners. He took his time, removed every nail, and stayed until the job was completely finished. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and the pride he takes in his work. It’s hard to find people who still go the extra mile, and he definitely did. I would absolutely recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

This company was dedicated and affordable. He came out to my property and gave me a quote and followed up right after. He worked with my schedule and made sure I was satisfied! Nothing was left unfinished. He exceeded my expectations! Went above and beyond what i asked of him. I even booked him for some inside work for my home. I found an all in one company. Very satisfied customer!!

LFS did an amazing job replacing my old carpet with vinyl. Frederick is quick to respond, friendly, and cares about making sure the job is done as well & as professionally as possible. The cost of service is also very reasonable. 10/10 would absolutely recommend hiring LFS! If I need another job done, I will definitely be reaching out to them first :)
