Building inspector was hired for a new home build. I was provided a detailed report in PDF format, which addresses all issues with photos included. I was also very impressed by the in-depth detail provided. Additionally, all issues were thoroughly and patiently explained, and technical jargon was simplified. Critical issues that could have been costly in the future were able to be addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Newman was on time both with the appointment and the report the same day. He found several conditions that I did not see. The conditions he discovered with his moisture testing tools were such that I did not purchase the home. These conditions were extensive to the point that it would have cost 10s of thousands to repair. I am very appreciative of how he explained those conditions both verbally and in his report with pictures showing the moisture % on the dial of his tool. He was extremely detailed but yet understandable. He saved me from making a big mistake.
