Rustic Mountain Roof & Restoration

The service was excellent. Andrew made 2 or 3 different trips to the house in between rain storms to help determine the most plausible locations for the leaks. He spent probably an hour each trip and spent time running the hose and checking different possibilities on the roof. On one trip he noticed an issue with the flashing and lack of caulk in a particular area. He climbed down off the roof, went to his truck found what he needed and climbed back up and fixed that area. On each occasion I asked how much I owed him and he would not accept any money saying we won't know where the leak is or if we fixed it until it rains again. This time a year it rains every few days and every time he would call or txt asking if it was leaking and if he needed to come over. Any way, it finally rained hard enough to leak and once we knew where to look within a couple days he was out with his guys and they fixed the issue. The really nice thing was that within. Few days of the fix we had one of those big storms and the porch stayed dry. I would absolutely use Andrew again and plan to on a rental property and my next home purchase.
