ELM Construction LLC

Elm Construction did our major remodel, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We did a total renovation of the living areas of our house and included a laundry room addition. The renovation included gutting our kitchen, removing interior walls, moving a staircase, the laundry addition, replacing and covering our deck, and reconfiguring the layout of our finished basement. It was a big job! From working with Elliott on the design, to getting the 3D rendering, to the actual demo and reconstruction, the experience went so smoothly. Donavon, our project manager, stayed on top of everything and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to the highest of standards. Donavon kept in touch daily, and they provided us a link to their portal which made scheduling, change orders, and payments easy. We lived in part of the house during the whole thing, and Elliott and Donavon made sure we weren’t too inconvenienced. We will definitely use Elm again for any future projects. We highly recommend them!

We would highly recommend Elm Construction for any remodeling needs you may have. They replaced our back deck and patio with a porch that was beyond anything we were expecting. Elliott prepared a beautiful design for us and Adam and his crew brought it to fruition. We could tell that they really cared about our project and knew what they were doing. They were always available to us and kind and patient with our requested changes....just a delight to work with. We will definitely use them for our future projects.

We hired Elm Construction for a remodel of an older town home that was damaged due to fire and water. We did not know them but received a recommendation, so decided to meet with them for a preliminary consultation. We were so pleased with their professionalism that we decided to look no further and contracted the job with them. They remodeled almost the entire home, including wiring, walls, flooring, Windows, and deck, and worked with our insurance company. They kindly resolved any issues we had even after the job was completed. We HIGHLY recommend ELM construction. Their work is superior, and their employees are respectful, helpful, courteous, reliable and knowledgeable.

The entire process, from estimate to final bill, was conducted with a friendly professionalism.  We received a detailed estimate with all of the different options clearly enumerated.  The service was scheduled and delivered on time for each phase of the project.  After each phase, the job site was cleaned and ready for the next phase.  We were extremely pleased with the detailed estimates, the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the timeliness of all those who provided services.  We plan to have ELM work on future reconstruction projects!
