Par Service

We have been with Par for decades. Jack has been easy to work with and answered all of our questions. He bought the company years ago from another gentleman who passed away. His widow held on to it for a few years before Jack ended up taking over. He has serviced both of our homes here and never had any issues. He does use off name brands but so far no issues except for the part that went under warranty. We are now not under warranty of our current system so this might be the test. The only slight problem we had was when this part went it was covered but freon needed to be replaced. When we bought this unit the manufacturer covered this as per our warranty but dropped the following year. My husband thought he had this straight but I was the one that was home when the new part installed and was charged. We just let it go since Jack has made cutesy calls and never charged us. We are very happy with them. I thought the price was reasonable.  They come when we call and they are very reliable.  They don’t do something if it is not needed and the same man comes all the time.   It is a small company.
