I initially thought the work was done well and was happy with the 1 year warranty. I first noticed that the roof was leaking in March and I immediately reached out to Wayne. Wayne told me that he would be out the next day to take a look at it. The next day came and went and he never showed up. About a month later, I reached back out to Wayne and he said that he was out of town, apologized for the inconvenience, and told me that he would come by that following Monday. He never showed up on Monday, so I called him and he said that he would send someone out Tuesday or Wednesday and they failed to show as well. I've been dealing with this issue since March and every time it rains, I try getting in touch with him again. Wayne isn't willing to fix the problem and just keeps giving me the run around.
