,Not well. They wouldn't honor their pledge that if the water heater was ordered the evening before or in the morning it would be installed by noon. I ordered it the day before and we were promised it would be intalled as advertized on their website. We waited all day and abou 8:00PM the intaller called and asked us to find out if Sears was still open. They weren't. Not only was it not installed by noon, it didn't get installed that day even though (after numerous reschedulings) they promised it would be no later than 9:00PM! I explained I really needed some help because the old water heater was leaking (even with the water turned off) and they wouldn't even come to the house! When I asked for my money back, they told me it would take 5-10 working days. They completely misrepresented themselves.

I had to set up 3 different delivery times with them because they either didn't show or canceled on me. I received it about a month after I ordered it. I was not very happy with their service. They had a good price for delivery. The delivery charge was $50. Someone drilled a whole in the coolant tank, so they had to send someone out to repair it. They had to take it back and redeliver another one, which we didn't receive it until well into the fall. When they came out, they were professional though.
