TV Sales
I called Aaron's on 7/23/10 and talked with Roger. They said that they would call me back about my TV problems, but didn't. I called upper management, and filed two complaints in August. I got in touch with Mike Aaron's in September. They finally fixed my TV in November, but it went out again on 1/3/11. They advised me that it would be fixed by 1/5/11, but they said that they had to order the circuit board again, so that it would be fixed by 1/18/11. I called Mitsubishi on 1/5/11 and told them what was going on. The TV is supposed to have a 2-year warranty, but I feel like they aren't going to respond to my numerous requests to have it fixed before the warranty expires. I told them that I wanted a new TV, but that didn't do any good either.
